In the recent World Economic Forum conference held in Davos, Telangana received large-scale investments. Total investment of 21 thousand crores is a matter of pride for Telangana. In order to promote the food industry, the government has decided to set up 21 special food processing units in 9 combined districts, excluding Hyderabad, covering an area of 7,500 50 acres. Roads, internal roads, electricity and water facilities, walls and cold storage are being constructed. The industries department is claiming 4037 crores in this budget.
